Prepare the Item
Ensure the bedding or furniture is in its original condition; for mattresses, please keep the protective transport wrap intact if possible.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture and mattresses, we will coordinate a professional courier service to collect the item directly from your bedroom at no extra cost.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
